• Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is a significant part of forging. It is a process that involves heating of a metal and/or alloy material at a specified rate, holding it at temperature for a predetermined amount of time, then cooling that material at a specific rate. This is performed to obtain the desired microstructure and reach certain mechanical, magnetic, physical, or electrical properties. There are also the solution heat treating and aging processes designed to increase the strength of some non-ferrous metals and precipitation hardening steels.
  • Shot Blasting
Shot blasting method is used for surface preparation, cleaning, polishing or strengthening the metal. Two technologies we utilize are sandblasting & air blasting.
